Katie's passion for interior architecture and design traces back to her childhood, where she found inspiration in the awe-inspiring beauty of places like Holy Hill in Wisconsin, Chicago's iconic architecture, and the grandeur of the Wisconsin State Capitol. Her love of travel further fueled her appreciation for global design, from the historic charm of France and Italy to the modern ingenuity of the Netherlands. At home, she was profoundly influenced by her mother, who transformed discarded furniture and decor into stunning pieces, creating a home that blended artistry with imagination. Katie grew up immersed in creativity, playing art school with her father, crafting and attending shows with her mother, and discovering treasures at garage sales to refurbish and reimagine.

Katie's interior architecture and design ambitions focus on combining her business acumen with her love for creating beauty. She aims to specialize in luxury residential and commercial design, including hospitality spaces, public venues, medical facilities, and hotels. Her vision is to craft spaces that evoke awe and inspiration while meeting the functional needs of clients and communities.

Currently pursuing her Masters in Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture and Design at the Academy of Art University, Katie seeks a position where she can apply her extensive background in business development, sales, corporate finance, research, marketing, and digital media to benefit an interior design firm or a related company.
